My expertise goes beyond AI tools.

With over 11 years of experience in international IT consulting and digital transformation, including at Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, and Lufthansa Industry Solutions, I combine technical expertise with strategic business consulting and hands-on implementation experience.

My academic foundation was laid in Germany, with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an engineering degree, complemented by further study at Harvard University (Innovation Strategy) and the Wharton School (AI for Decision Making). This is complemented by agile project management certifications, including Professional Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist, as well as an AEVO trainer qualification.

I have supported international technology projects, led multicultural teams of up to 36 people, and worked with executives from DAX-listed companies and small and medium-sized businesses.

As the founder of the international “GenAI for Non-Techies” community, with over 3,500 members worldwide, I have organised numerous webinars and delivered AI coaching for various IT training centres. My particular strength is making complex AI technologies understandable and immediately useful, even for people without a technical background.

I work with clients worldwide, remotely and on site. I am a native German speaker and fluent in English. From my base in Germany, I combine German thoroughness, reliability and efficiency with extensive international project experience.
