FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Get clear answers before we speak.

These are the questions businesses most often ask before our first conversation: about the process and working together, the EU AI Act, protecting your data, the practical benefits of automation and the actual costs involved. If an answer does not fully address your situation, I am happy to discuss it personally in a 30-minute conversation, with no sales pressure.

CLARITY, NOT HYPE

Trust comes from perspective,
not promises.

These frequently asked questions offer an honest guide to what AI automation can achieve, where its limits lie and what we will explore together in our initial consultation. Your business needs guide the approach, not the tool.

TOPIC 01

Let’s explore working together, at your pace and without obligation.

You should know what to expect before making a decision. We start with a conversation about your everyday work, not a sales presentation.

How does the free introductory call work?

We spend 30 minutes online discussing your process, goals and possible next steps. There is no obligation. Booking is handled through the official Zoom scheduling page.

Where is AI automation genuinely worthwhile?

AI automation is most useful for recurring information tasks with sufficient volume, clear rules and accessible data. An opportunity check assesses benefits, risks and integration effort before you invest.

Do you work outside the three focus industries?

Yes. Strategy, automation, training and governance are also available across other industries. What matters is a clear use case and a willingness to implement it together.

TOPIC 02

Understand what the EU AI Act requires of your business
and how to meet those requirements.

Since 2 February 2025, businesses using AI systems must ensure their employees have sufficient AI literacy. The following answers explain what this means in practice and how training can help.

What does the EU AI Act mean for my business?

Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires businesses using AI systems such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to ensure their employees have sufficient AI literacy. Practical, documented AI training is central to this, including for teams with no prior knowledge.

Do participants need prior knowledge?

No. The fundamentals course is specifically designed for people who have never or rarely worked with AI. I start with the basics and work step by step through everyday tasks.

Which AI tools does the training cover?

The training covers the tool your business uses or plans to use, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or Google Gemini. The underlying principles are transferable, so your teams remain confident even when changing tools.

What does the EU AI Act require of businesses?

Since 2 February 2025, businesses using AI systems must take measures under Article 4 of the EU AI Act to ensure their staff have sufficient AI literacy. Training and its documentation are central to this.

Does this replace a legal review?

No. The advice provides organisational and technical guidance. Legal questions, data protection assessments and case-specific regulatory reviews belong with appropriately qualified specialists.

How much does AI training cost?

Training starts from €500 per person, excluding VAT. Before booking, you receive a tailored, binding quotation and a contract specifying the content, duration, number of participants and date. Travel expenses for on-site sessions are charged separately.

TOPIC 03

Discover where automation can help
and how your data is handled.

Technology is rarely the real problem; unclear data flows and missing approvals usually are. These answers explain how to identify a worthwhile use case and keep your information protected.

Do we need new software or our own AI model?

Not necessarily. Existing tools can often be usefully extended. Whether a workflow, knowledge assistant or agent is appropriate depends on the process, data protection and available interfaces.

What happens to our business data?

Data types, access rights, provider terms and retention are clarified before the pilot. Sensitive information belongs only in approved environments. This does not replace any necessary legal review.

How quickly can a pilot be implemented?

That depends on data quality, interfaces and approvals. Once we have defined the scope, we agree the dependencies and a realistic timeline. Implementation times cannot be guaranteed in advance.

TOPIC 04

Understand pricing and effort before you commission any work.

Clear pricing is part of a reliable service. These answers explain what the indicative prices cover and why time savings do not automatically translate into financial returns.

Are the stated prices binding offers?

No. These prices are indicative and exclude VAT. We agree the final price once the scope has been defined. Licences, APIs, hosting and any travel are considered separately.

Does saving time automatically save money?

No. Freed-up time may increase processing capacity, for example. Whether it creates economic value depends on actual usage, ongoing costs and quality. The ROI calculator explicitly presents a hypothetical scenario.
