AI training aligned with the EU AI Act: get your team ready for AI.
This practical AI training supports employees and leaders, from complete beginners to advanced users. Your teams learn to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or Google Gemini safely, responsibly and productively in everyday work.
This service is for businesses whose employees use or will use AI, from teams with no prior knowledge to leaders, HR/L&D and IT teams seeking AI literacy and clear rules.
Your teams understand what AI can do and where its limits lie, practise on their own tasks and work to clear internal rules. Training is documented, providing a foundation for the AI literacy requirement of the EU AI Act without promising legal certainty.

The biggest hurdle is rarely the technology. It is taking the first step.
Many employees have never knowingly used AI and hesitate to ask questions. That is exactly where my training begins: at a comfortable pace, without jargon and with tasks from everyday work.
Go beyond recommendations to a clear next step.
- You receive AI fundamentals for complete beginners, explained clearly without jargon.
- You receive AI literacy training with context on the EU AI Act (Article 4: AI literacy).
- You receive practical exercises with your chosen tool: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or Google Gemini.

Request training on your preferred dateWhat the EU AI Act means for your team.
AI literacy means that employees understand how AI systems work, how to use them effectively and what risks and limitations they involve.
Since 2 February 2025, the EU AI Act has required providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to ensure sufficient AI literacy among their staff. This also applies to businesses that “only” use ChatGPT, Copilot or similar tools.
My training develops these skills through practical exercises, with content and attendance documented. It does not replace a legal assessment of your individual circumstances.
Build confidence with AI in four practical steps.
No prior knowledge is needed. I explain AI so that people without a technical background can understand it and start using it right away.

How AI training benefits your business.
Meet legal requirements
Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required businesses using AI to ensure sufficient AI literacy among their staff. Documented training is a key part of this.
Free up time every day
People who use AI confidently can handle emails, summaries, research and drafts faster, leaving more time for customers and specialist work.
Reduce risks
Trained employees recognise incorrect AI responses, protect confidential data and know when a person needs to make the decision.
Get more value from your licences
Many businesses already pay for Copilot, ChatGPT or Gemini, but few employees use them. Upskilling turns licences into real value.
Build confidence
Clear explanations reduce uncertainty. Teams experience AI as support rather than a threat, increasing acceptance.
Retain skilled people
Training in future-focused skills strengthens your employer brand and shows employees you are investing in them.

I implement a clearly defined workflow, put approvals and data privacy and security requirements in place, and test everything with your team.
Measure and scale
I assess quality and value, strengthen team adoption, and scale only what proves effective in day-to-day work.
